I am a fully qualified counsellor, based at Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Level 4), and a certificate in Cruse Bereavement.  I offer professional, confidential counselling for a wide range of issues, in a safe and relaxed environment.  Counselling can be short term or longer term, dependent on your requirements, and I use an integrative approach, which allows for the individuality of a person and their own uniqueness.  I am very person centred in that I am non-judgemental, understanding and respectful, and believe that the relationship between counsellor and client is central to the work.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working within their ethical framework, for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
